Michele grew up in Hammond, Indiana and currently shares time between South Bend and Crown Point, Indiana. She graduated from Bishop Noll High School, received her bachelors degree from Purdue University and her Masters from Stephen F. Austin State University.

After 34 years teaching, Michele decided to retire and work alongside her husband Scott in the Medicare arena. Michele has been in the insurance industry for 9 years, all 9 with Aldridge Insurance as a Senior Medical Plans Specialist.

When not at work you can find Michele having fun with her 3 beautiful granddaughters, shopping, doing jigsaw puzzles with her vibrant mom, or in Canada and the Florida Panhandle with her husband.
